I have existing vouchers / gift cards. Can they be used via ClassBento's checkout?

Yes, you can easily bulk upload these via CSV into our system. Customers can then redeem these voucher codes in the checkout.

I have existing customers, or I may continue to get customers from other sources. Can I manage them all in one place?

Yes, you can easily view and manage them from your ClassBento dashboard. You can add them yourself individually, or upload them in bulk. All the customers that are in your ClassBento system will automatically receive all your transactional emails to save you time, including class reminders and review requests.

I have many class listings across other websites. How can I manage these all via ClassBento?

Yes, in most cases we can connect to the other websites' APIs to automatically pull over all the class data automatically and ensure that dates stay in sync; and in some cases we can also push order data to your other booking engine.
