What you'll do
The one-day Basic Coffee Knowledge Course includes brief details on different types of coffee, roasting and basic coffee recipes including a recipe practice session where you can develop and improve your skills.
At the Coffee Academy, our experts are ready to train you on basic coffee knowledge and problem-solving skills. The course will cover:
- Theory and Practice
- How to choose the right coffee machine for your shop (including maintenance)
- Basic Coffee Knowledge
- Accurate measurement with accessories
- Problems that can occur on site and how to solve them before calling for service
- Water and Water Filtration Systems
- Basic Coffee Recipes
- Coffee practice session with semi-automatic and fully-automatic coffee machines
- Examination

We, Boncafe’s team, are delighted to announce an opportunity for all interested entrepreneurs in the coffee business and/or those who have already owned one but still wanted to learn more, are welcome to attend for the training session as a trainee with Boncafe Coffee Academy’s workshop.
We provide not only the essential knowledge for the basic technique of making fresh coffee and other formulas of mixed drink recipes, we also have an imported the genuine coffee machine from Italy. All interested trainees are welcome to join without any fee of charge (In another meaning, it’s free!)
