What you'll do
This fun class is a great creative activity for all friends who want to be close to nature and learn how to make a closed ecosystem of miniature gardens.
You will learn how terrariums can live in a bottle, how to take care of bottle terrariums, and all about the history of terrariums. Then you will get your hands dirty and experiment with the process of making.
Each layer of the soil, each block of the stones, the plants we pick and the way we place each rocks – every little element is different, everything needs a little something different. That’s why we meticulously handcraft each step to create this special tiny eco system.
The bottle terrarium provides an environment where plants are able to photosynthesize and reproduce on their own. A world where oxygen and carbon dioxide circulates 24-7, and where the moisture from the soil and leaves create such a wonder. It is a world where the tiny plants grow in a bottle, and in this terrarium workshop you will create your very own!

Q: What is a bottle terrarium?
A: The bottle garden is a closed ecosystem model which allows the plants to be able to live on their own.
Q: Does a bottle terrarium need watering?
A: The garden is a closed ecosystem model allowing the plants inside to be able to live by themselves. They can exchange air and create steam for self-moisture. We do not need to give them more water.
Q: When should I water a bottle terrarium?
A: A good bottle of water, the soil layer should have black water and have water vapor around the bottle. If the soil starts to dry or there is less steam slowly open the lid and drip all over the area.
Q: Where should I keep my bottle terrarium?
A: Should not be placed in the sunlight. Can be placed in the office as they like cold weather
Q: Will the tree in the bottle last longer?
A: From 2 weeks to 1 year and so on depending on the location, temperature, and care
Q: I want to take a clear picture but there is steam...
A: Open the lid for 10-15 minutes. The steam will decrease or use a towel. But when the photo is finished, should drop a little water all over the area and close the lid as usual (But should not open frequently)
