I've been teaching Thai cooking for most of my adult life. I've lived and worked in Australia, England, Malaysia and, of course, Thailand. My cooking school is based in my Bangkok home but I don't just teach cooking - here, you can learn about Thai culture, fruit and vegetable carving, flower arranging and soap carving.
